About

At the ECERALibrary, we nurture a passion for learning by ensuring every early childhood educator feels appreciated, heard, and inspired to continue their professional journey. Dedicated to fostering lifelong learning in early childhood education, ECERALibrary aims to equip educators with resources and tools for enhancing their pedagogical practices. Our open-access digital library offers many materials for learning about children’s development and knowledge for improving children’s learning outcomes. In addition to our digital library, ECERALibrary offers coaching workshops to promote professional networking and community-building prospects. These workshops allow educators to discover innovative teaching strategies, receive practical advice, and join a supportive community of peers and mentors.

ECERALibrary’s Growing Team

Ashley has been an early childhood educator for over seven years and holds a Master’s degree in Education. She is passionate about teaching and believes early childhood education is especially important for women. Frustrated by external directives on how early childhood educators should conduct their work, Ashley is a strong advocate for the field and the rights of its professionals. Recognizing a gap in accessible resources, Ashley established the ECERALibrary to support the knowledge and growth of early childhood professionals.

Jessie is an early childhood educator with over thirteen years of experience working in childcare and has recently received her graduate degree in Education. Her work experience and research have revealed prevalent challenges in the field, especially regarding accessible professional learning resources and limited opportunities for collaboration and networking. Jessie co-founded the ECERALibrary to create a platform that could build collaborative networks between educators and connect them with relevant resources.
